I bought 3 13W Toshiba LED Downlights from these guys, it took over a week for them to arrive from Spain, I had no idea they were coming from Spain but that was OK. I set about fitting them, I had cut two of the 3 150mm hole in the ceiling when i thought i hope these work. Just as well I did. 1 of the 3 was faulty. I sent them a message via the message system on the site and did not receive a response even after sending a second message. I eventually thought OK ill just raise a RMA, they got back to that, denied I had been in touch previously and said they wanted a video of the faulty unit. Now over a week had passed by this point I stated that I wasn’t prepared to remove a working unit to fit a faulty one just to show them a video of it not working. They replied that it was Toshiba that needed it for a warranty. I repeated that I wasn’t refitting it. Long story short, they are refusing to entertain the return so I’m out of pocket and on here hoping this story puts anyone off from buying from LEDKIA again. Customer Service is atrocious! I will never use them again.
