On arrival - Everything! A full hour waiting on the aircraft after landing - insufficient buses and staff. Then held on bus outside terminal entrance because of overcrowding. Everyone forced to walk up stairs because staff switched off escalators “because it was too busy”.
On departure: insufficient areas for travellers to sit. Crowded eating areas. Scruffy. Checked in on line but still had to queue for ages for baggage drop. Insufficient staff and the staff they did have require further basic training.
