Happy to take your money but not communicate or trust the customer when they are in the wrong five times on one order.
Failed to deliver after 8 weeks. 3 items appeared after 5 weeks but one item missing, failed promise to issue it quickly and then on second request the wrong item arrives (again slower than promised) and they won't replace until item received back (or after a big push) when in the hands of their agent - but they are happy to take the customers money and waste their time and not pick up the phone. Amazingly now the wrong item arrives again and refund will not be given until the customer ensures they return he item back.
What do they say about it..." it's our policy!" What to mess up and then mistrust the customer but happily withhold the customers money for 8 weeks!
