Kitchen Order (Coventry Store) - Sheraton Kitchen Range
Initially we experienced a positive kitchen sales experience, but after the sales rep left the business we had nothing but problems. It's taken over 6 months and 6 separate deliveries to get all the correct items for our kitchen. We've had little or no communication with the management and no one took accountability for our order.
Throughout the process - we've been told that we needed to pay more due to the sales person underselling, had our signature appear on paperwork with dates we never visited the store, had items missing which we had to buy and had to time and time again explain what we'd ordered.
We've raised a formal compliant to the directors and they've offered us a £50 store voucher as compensation, pretty insulting based on the 6 days I took off work to receive the deliveries and the hours of time we had to invest to get the kitchen we ordered.
We're now taking our compliant to the furniture ombudsman to try and find a reasonable solution.
My advice - either use a company who specialise just in kitchens or buy something off the shelf. A shame as the Sheraton Kitchen Range is a decent product, I'd be pulling it from Leekes stores if I were them as the poor service reflects poorly on their premium product.
