Very good service going straight from ambulance on arrival to Ambulance Assessment Unit cubicle circa 23.00. Then transfer after initial assessments to Emergency Department Majors circa 2am. Still there knowing awaiting necessary side room bed in Acute medical ward. All the staff who have dealt with me have been and now with day shift are excellent: caring, compassionate, effective e and on the ball. Thank you. A heartfelt thank you to all.
