I was awarded vouchers through work and decided to spend them at Go Ape. After trying numerous times the website kept declining my evouchers. I first contacted Leisure Vouchers on the 13th June and received an automated reply saying they would be in contact within 1-2 working days. One week later I contacted again and did get a reply. Unfortunately the problem was not resolved. I am still trying to get a reply from them three weeks later! They are ignoring my emails and yes, unable to contact them by phone due to Covid. This company's customer service is non existent and they treat their customers disgustingly! Do NOT buy these vouchers!
