I put an order in online 5th Dec 21 for a leisure voucher value of 50.00 which has been debited from my bank account along with 4.99 secure postage. I understood i would receive the voucher in 2 to 4 days.
We are now 15th December and i have emailed them twice no response. Unfortunately you cannot get them on the phone which they are blaming covid for. This was meant to be a christmas present for someone but its not looking great.
Probably will have to count my losses.
Please do not use this company they will take your money and not provide the vouchers.
