Utter balls. Got an award at work and selected leisure vouchers to use for family activities at Go Ape. It won't work online and after 10 days trying to resolve via email (they have no working phone line) they tell me that I can't use Go Ape, despite them showing on the website. Wish I'd read all these poor reviews before selecting these vouchers. AVOID.
