Very limited and so misleading. I was bought a £150 voucher which came in 3 £50 vouchers which i couldnt redeem againast anything collectively so had to contact leisure voucher to book what i wanted wasting so much time. You can't book a spa day unless it is via virgin experience and then the options are only Bannatynes and then only spas in London. Bannatynes show locations and then when you try to book those locations they aren’t available so have been back and forth for weeks. Champneys do come up on their website but the small print says you can't redeem your voucher against any treatments so with a £150 voucher I couldn't use any of it on treatmentscjust access. Total rubbish. Avoid. Actually the worst gift I have ever received to date.
