Bought a porch sunncamp porch awning plus extra poles for sturdiness, second time up ripped along the seam, I explained this to them to be told that if they deem it to be a fault of mine ie: incorrect use I would have to pay them £15 just for them to look at it. So basically wasted £160 to use something twice very expensive
