2 orders from this shambles, both with poor service.
Firstly I ordered some folding chairs which arrived one at a time. The first chair was badly packed, obviously broken on arrival and looked to have been used already so I believe I had been sent a chair that had already been returned. A replacement eventually arrived.
On this occasion I have been sent a totally different item to that which I ordered. I phoned and was promised that it would be collected by courier and my correct order would be sent immediately. So I packed it all up and awaited collection but nothing happened.
On ringing today I was told initially that there was no record of my previous call and that I should photograph the incorrectly sent item (which I have already packed up) and email the photo to them, it will then be collected if they agree that it is incorrect and only when received will they lower themselves to send out my item that I have already paid for. They were totally resistant to my suggestion that they should complete my order promptly by sending the correct item straight away. They clearly think that I am an imbecile who cannot tell the difference between a windbreaker and a tent extension of some sort.
After a little heated discussion they discovered their record of my previous call and they have deigned to skip the email bit but I still have to wait for my item to be returned to them before they send out the correct item.
Frankly they have no interest in their customers and I would not recommend them.
