The product is indicated as available but cannot be delivered.
I ordered a quad for my son on 01/23/2024, indicated as available.
I receive a call on 01/24/2024 to tell me that the product is not available but can be ordered. I have been offered a replacement but I prefer to wait.
On 02/23/2024, I received another call to tell me that the product could not ultimately be delivered.
I find two other products acceptable in exchange. They call me on 02/26/2024 and agree but ask me to pay the difference (50 euros). I refuse and request a refund. I am then told that it is up to me to cancel the order on their site. I am surprised and indicates that it should be up to them to cancel the order. They tell me no. So I'm trying to do that but the "Cancel" button is gray and cannot be clicked.
All this time they have my money and the product is still marked as available on the site and can be ordered. I don't find it normal if they are not able to deliver it.
I obtained a quick response from the company managing leminirider.fr (EVENDI) by reporting the problem to fraud prevention on signal.conso.gouv.fr:
"Hello, your cancellation request has been taken into account. The refund will therefore be made in full within 14 days."
signal.conso.gouv.fr works well. I was reimbursed on 02/28.
They deleted my account on their site on February 27 and I received by email: “We do not understand your behavior and your insults towards our customer service.” even though all our exchanges have been in writing since the 26 /02.
