I established an account, placed and paid for an order, received a confirmation that an order was placed. However, when I went to view the status of my order it said there was no order placed. They took my money for an order and sent confirmation, then there is nothing, not even a response to say what is going on.
I have reached out to the customer service and haven't gotten a response back. Now I am thinking Lens.me is a scam site that takes your money and bankcard information. I would not do business with this company.
