We returned the equipment in a timely manner as suggested by the company, who was suppose to look the equipment over and come up with a plan to exchange or refund us. After numerous calls to the main office, Not only did they not give us our money back they refused to exchange the equipment. Wow, unbelievable an ongoing issue with this company. What kind of customer service is this. We are now having to explore additional options to be refunded our money or get other equipment.
