I recently purchased a shed, a trailer and a tonneau cover from my local Leonard's. The products were great, it was the service that was a little meh. First off, when ordering our shed we requested a date out longer than usual, because we needed to do some site work. The shed arrived sooner than expected, but we were able to scramble and get ready for it. However, they were unable to deliver when they said they could, and when it did get delivered, it was delivered 5 hours later than we were told. With the shed, I purchased two ramps, only one arrived. After a week of waiting for the second one, they refunded the money for it. When I picked up the trailer, the D-rings that I had purchased to be installed on it were not installed and they had to do it before I left. This is after I was told they were installing them when they did the pre-delivery prep on the trailer. Finally, after the tonneau cover was installed, we had a heavy rain and I discovered the cover was leaking. They did remedy the situation, though it still leaks some.
