Delivery of my office chair has been postponed several times and I have had to chase them each time for an update, still no resolution 3 months later. Pieces of furniture were defective on delivery e.g. my headboard was delivered broken and I had to insist on its return. My son's bed seemed ok on delivery but after a few weeks the mattress started to sag downward because there were not enough slats to hold up the mattress; I have sent severals in order to have a written record of the complaint; no response up to now i.e a week later. Staff mix up orders and deliveries and then point fingers at each other instead of just apologizing in a united front! It's a circus! Buy from them if you like the circus!
