This is my 3rd order in a year with this store and just day after you order online, you receive the email that your order has been picked up by the courier for delivery within 3-5 days, then immediately when you check tracking status on Martin leroy system, already they changed your status as "delivered" while no courier or any of them contacted you or delivered your order. Then you will relax assuming that eventually you will receive your order within their "timeframe 3-5 days" only for you to phone or email their sales department back and forth making a follow up on your delivery after their timeframe elapsed.
Their excuse always is "the courier service" said he couldn't get hold of you or find the address but when you request them to ask the courier to shootscreen his outgoing call records as proof that he indeed phoned and was in the areas they stumbled, also my address is on Google Map so easy to find as I don't live in secluded area that is unmapped. THIS WAS MY 3RD ORDER "SAME EXCUSES" THOUGH AFTER COMPLAINING THEIR COURIER CAN FIND THE ADDRESS!!!
I'M EXHAUSTED WITH MERLIN LEROY DELIVERY EXCUSES AND WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM CLEARLY THEY DON'T NEED MY BUSINESS.
IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS STORE, FIRSTLY READ THE REVIEWS ON ALL REVIEW SITE NOT JUST ONE TO SEE HOW THEY DISAPPOINTED MANY PEOPLE WITH THEIR DELIVERY EXCUSES.
