21 days since I asked my cash to be returned - still nothing!!! This company is a scam - do not invest with them. They are fraudulent! The have a 'simulated' platform and operate a 'boiler room' scam! I agree with the negative comments and the quotes regarding the manner that this company 'con you' into depositing cash. The platform seems legitimate - but when you want to take your money out, they won't let you!! I requested a withdrawal of my funds and a trader advised me to 'make two transactions' to enable the withdrawal - I followed his instructions to the letter.....within seconds my trading account went negative. I was later advised that the trader was 'fired'. I now know that 'this was a set-up' - and the company are suggesting it was my fault. I have a trail of screen grabs over 24 hours that record the situation which I have sent to them - but still no acknowledgement of the fraudulent transaction in stealing my cash! In the background they are manipulating the platform - THEY STOLE MY CASH!!!! I have given them every chance to 'recover this situation' and return my money, but to date nothing. BEWARE of this unscrupulous company!!!!! I have just received a phone call (31/1/23 @ approx 11.55am) from Frank Meier (Senior Portfolio Manager) 07383 912305 - 020 3597 0302 - who is still not taking accountability for the Leveragesix dealer who advised me to 'make 2 trades' to enable my account to be closed (I have been told that he has been sacked for giving me this guidance) Their dealer advised me 'to do this' to enable my account to be closed - and my account balance went negative! THIS WAS A SCAM - FOR THEM TO CLAIM: THAT I CANNOT NOW GET ME MONEY RETURNED! I also think that we will be 'talking collective' LAWSUITS to ensure all money scammed is returned to customers!? To add: That the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the U.K have issued a warning about this company - and not to use them - just search on the FCA website. Also: the banks in the U.K are aware - and will advise you NOT to send them money! DO-NOT let Leveragesix personnel advise you to use a 'work-around, to deposit cash with them!! I post an abstract from a web page: Despite the robust financial regulations in place.......... Leveragesix has audaciously operated as a financial swindler, preying on traders in contravention of established laws. Each of these countries has enacted laws designed to thwart unauthorized entities from defrauding local traders. A key provision mandates that every brokerage firm must possess the requisite license or permit to operate within their jurisdiction. In a blatant violation of these regulations, Leveragesix not only lacks the necessary licenses but also flouts specific rules set forth by regulatory authorities. One such violation involves offering users leverage that exceeds the prescribed limits in Europe (1:30) and the UAE (1:20). This misconduct has not gone unnoticed, prompting regulatory bodies like the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to issue warnings against Leveragesix, alerting traders to exercise extreme caution when dealing with this platform. The deliberate disregard for regulatory standards and the breach of established financial laws underscore the dubious nature of Leveragesix’s operations. Leveragesix presents itself as a meticulously regulated trading platform, boasting numerous reputable trading licenses. The platform’s website boldly assures users of optimal trading conditions, offering enticing features such as high leverage, tight spreads, and minimal fees. Despite these seemingly robust claims, the entire brokerage operation is an elaborate hoax masterfully crafted to exploit unsuspecting traders, ultimately resulting in the misappropriation of their funds. PLEASE NOTE THE ABOVE! Various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, wire transfers, and cryptocurrencies, are listed for funding live accounts. However, scammers’ preference for crypto payments, which are challenging to trace and undo, adds to the platform’s dubious nature. Traders are advised to exercise caution and seek professional assistance for fund recovery if they fall victim to Leveragesix’s schemes. What is Leveragesix?: Leveragesix is an anonymous fraudulent entity posing as a legitimate and licensed Forex brokerage firm. Is Leveragesix Regulated Leveragesix is not a regulated firm and has been blacklisted by the UK’s FCA regulator.
