Honestly, I don’t know where to start!! John Mark, you are a caring compassionate human that I’m thankful for. After working with 2 different companies I came across Levers and so thankful I did. The answering of the phone on New Year’s Eve, the fast responses to questions is hands down the best customer service and experience I’ve ever had. I’m in the medical industry myself, so I hold people to a high standard as I do for myself. They hit the mark every time. He talked me through everything from dosing, how to store the medication to simply letting me know I can do this. I didn’t have the confidence anymore and he walked me through. I started with them New Year’s Eve and have lost (injection 7days later) 15 legit pounds. I’m over the moon. If you don’t at least set up an appointment and follow through, you will always wonder if you made a mistake. I’m a strong advocate for this company and the pharmacy they use because of the previous bad experience. I was told by a different pharmacy to freeze the medication.
