Stay well away from this company. I have just changed addresses mid policy and they charged me £41 for the pleasure. I moved to a house three roads away and my new place has off street lockable parking as opposed to street parking. No discount on the policy was reflected and they refused to wave the “change of address” fee. Read the small print. They know they have you in between a rock and a hard place and frankly will not budge, saying “sorry it’s our policy”
When I renew my policy in October it won’t be with this company.
