Overall excellent experience. Originally insured my 125 for a reasonable price, upgraded to a 600 halfway through the year (which ended up being quite expensive). That being said, my bike was stolen in August, and 3 weeks later I received a payout. In general the staff at Lexham were great, and the staff I spoke to at Marble Arch (insurance providers) were so friendly and helpful. Minus half a = star for the ridiculous 'industry standard' fees for changing details, and the rude staff I dealt with when I first called up to make a claim on the 24 hour hotline.
