Edit: Changing my rating, the staff saw my original review and were super cool about trying to fix the situation and make up for the disappointment. Honestly an awesome business with great staff. 10/10 on their end. ________________________________ Great Service The staff was super friendly and helpful. I used this service out of curiosity and convenience, and was a little disappointed with the results. The Pro took 3 days to complete the order (service estimate 5 hours) which for me was fine because I was busy, but they at one time disappeared without responding for 21+ hours and then only got a 60% win rate, unlike the estimated 80%. Which I understand that matches are unpredictable, but I get 80% myself so a "pro" only winning 6 out of 10 was unfortunate. The services they provide on most games is excellent, but won't be trusting "pro player" services from them again.
