The reasons for why I resort to using a paid recovery service to a video-game are many. While I'm perfectly skilled and capable enough to earn most things myself in-game, my real life responsibilities prevent me from doing long activities that require vocal communication with a coordinated, pre-made fireteam. The time commitment required just isn't there for me right now. LFC customer service has always been a pleasure to deal with when I've needed them. They're courteous, professional, and always willing to help me if I'm making custom requests. The system they use for assigning players to your order is really useful, and your chat messages with the players are logged for added security and accuracy. The players that operate under LFC are skilled and knowledgeable, and I've had good experiences with all but 2 of their players in the past. One player that was completing a Grandmaster Nightfall for me while I was out of town deleted a piece of armor in my character inventory for level infusion, without asking for my permission. It also just happened to be one of my preferred high-stat armor pieces. Definitely an inconvenience, but not as bad as another player I had that was assigned to help me complete Iron Banner bounties. The player was instructed to continue farming an extra 50 Iron Banner tokens, after all 4 bounties were completed. When the final bounty was completed, I reminded him that he'd need to get an extra 50 tokens on my character and he tried convincing me that the tokens I had in my inventory counted as the extras. I confronted him and pointed out that those tokens dropped naturally from completing matches during the bounty progression, he lied and said that support told him they counted and abruptly closed the order so I couldn't message him anymore. After a lengthy discussion with support and becoming overwhelmingly frustrated from having to repeatedly explain the situation to an agent with no obvious experience with Destiny 2 for two hours, I was finally able to get a different player assigned to finish the service. That poor experience aside, I still recommend LFC's pro-players and services if you're trying to get a secure, reliable carry :)
