Normally this service is great but communication is a huge problem it seems. I had a problem with my order and I did not get told the main cause till almost 40 hrs in to 48 hr window that this needed to be done. Once I was explained the reason everything went great. So because of the lack of communication I became upset and belligerent
which I should not have done, but the AI bot was making things worse. There needs to be a contact an actual person option. This would help with communication problems immensely.
