upon having an issue with my order of a trials loot bundle with an extra 14 wins after, i spoke with csr and due to the lack of time till reset to complete the order i had to agree to move the order to the week following after iron banner was done. as an appology the csr manager agreed to offer me 10ggr as credit and i instead requested a service in place of this. the replacement service was done well and completed in a really short time. originally i rated a 2/5 but have since updated this to a 4/5
