When I received my duke box it had a crack in it , (must have been damaged in transit) , I phoned liberty games and they were great , I could of sent it back and got a new one but opted for a new part to be sent out , this was done straight away and I got email confirmation that afternoon , although my duke box had been damaged my experience with liberty games and their customer service was great … I’m really pleased with my duke box and the service provided !!
