Terrible service. When spending such a large amount of money you except someone to tell you something, anything, but zero contact. Order was late but I had to contact them to find out what was happening. Zero customer service. Most informative person was the delivery contact, but again when they missed the scheduled time to install the table, I had to call them and find out where the table was, no word from them. The table arrived with two noticeable chips and a broken pool cue. They did replace the cue and the top as per my warrantee. The order was to be delivered in August, it was completed in October. When I tried to review, these went missing but Liberty Games (Jade) contacted me. Something wrong there. Please do not use Liberty Games.
