It is cheaper than insurance, which means that all the money I would have spent on insurance I can spend on my medical bills. So far, I have not been reimbursed for anything this year!!! I get letters occasionally asking for more info for bills, but you use your accession number for my bills rather than plain language such as My name, doctor office and date, which would be much easier to navigate. Also, many providers will not work with your programs as they are not getting paid. Further, despite simply paying the bills as they come in, (since I owe them whether or not you pay anything) I have to go back and get diagnosis codes, which other healthcare members do not need. Itemized receipts are not common, and I have to request them again and again. We are really looking at other health share companies as this has been very disappointing.
