I and my family have been on Liberty for five years or so. In that time, various family members have had several minor surgeries, and lots of normal healthcare bills that have needed to be paid. LH is not perfect. They sometimes take too long to pay bills and I have been frustrated with a few 'balance bills' I have had to work through before getting g things straightened out. However, personally, I have found them easy to reach with only modest wait times, and they are always polite and helpful. I give my rating as compared to private insurance. I have had FAR FEWER HEADACHES dealing with LH than I did with two different private insurance companies in the past. Dealing with healthcare bills just is not pleasant generally, but LH is better than the alternatives. And, not to mention, it is FAR CHEAPER than any insurance my family could find on the exchange, as we don't qualify for subsidies and the private deductibles are outrageous. We have had a good experience, particularly when compared to private insurance.
