I am surprised at the negative experiences I read about . My experience has been extremely good. They paid what they said they would cover every time. After heart attacks for both my wife and me they took care of all costs except my remaining deductible. Once I had gone in for physical therapy and did not realize I had to call for that first. So they denied my bill. I called and they told me how to follow the process to get reconsideration and when I did that they paid in full. My only bad experience has been slowness in reimbursement but I can forgive that when I consider how much more in premiums I would have to pay for the alternative coverage
