Very poor customer service. Very poor customer service. I bought something in line and they got the address wrong. They put the delivery address with the postcode of billing address!! After so many times that I called them, they basically said they can not do anything and have to wait for the item to be returned. They also could not refund me as they had to check with their manager, but the manager is not in sure so they email them. The next day when I called again I was getting the same response, Extremely poor service for such a big department store. I shop from Harrods and other places and never had issue!
