I bought four identical items at Liberty, via their online store. The items come in a little purple box. The box is clearly shown on their website as part of the item. Liberty decided to send all four in one box. I requested the other three boxes as these are gifts and intended to be given in the box. Liberty declined saying that I would have to pay extra (despite the website showing that the box comes with the item). When I suggested returning the items as I can't gift them, I was told they are non-refundable. I'm not sure why they wanted to lose a repeat customer over three small boxes personally.
