Let me start out by saying when I stumbled upon this website I was super excited. It was exactly what I was looking for. I ordered two books for my niece and nephew whose birthdays fall in the same month. Everything was so smooth, from picking out the type of book to creating the looks of the characters. The only hiccup, which was pretty annoying at the time, was the major delay in shipping. I was extremely frustrated but customer service was great and handled it beautifully and professionally. Received the books and the kids LOVED it!!!
