Start to finish, this was the gift I was most excited to give for Christmas last year. The entire process was fun and sweet, and even the obligatory update and reminder communications were pleasant and a joy to receive. Everything about my purchase was well beyond my expectations, and I had begun to tell others about the book before it even arrived. My only very teeny tiny slightly disappointed point in this entire experience was that I didn’t realize that the box it was shipped in was so darn adorable inside and I opened it when it arrived to verify everything was as expected- meaning my niece had a slightly opened box when she received her book. Not a big deal, I just felt a little bad once I realized it. She didn’t care, and actually set her box up as a guest at the coffee table shortly after receiving her gift. :) I’m thrilled Librio has multiple books to customize, and I plan on filling up my niece and nephews personal libraries with these books without question.
