I purchased both a hard cover and a soft cover and both came in such great condition. Librio puts so much though not only in their products but customer service as well. They packaged the books in good quality cardboard shaped like a bear. Super cute. I also love their philosophy of giving back. They also allowed recipients to send a digital thank you note which I did receive. They just have though up such wonderful little touches which are truly appreciated. Will definitely buy more books when the opportunity arises.
