I want to go on record as to what amazing customer service I experienced with Librio. The post office showed that the book was delivered even though I never received it. This book was a Valentine's Day gift for my grandchildren, so I was so disappointed. I got in touch with Librio and let them know of the situation. We agreed to wait one more day just in case this was a slip-up with the post office, but the rep promised to send me a replacement book free of charge if the book did not show up. The next day, I received the book. The rep from Librio checked in to make sure the book was received. Can not say enough good things about this level of caring and customer service.
