the item I purchased for my great nephew was a big hit with his parents; they love it and am sure little Colby will enjoy it as he gets bigger. And am impressed with Librio's customer service. When the item arrived there was a crease pretty visible and no way to fix it. The problem occurred in shipping. I contacted Librio and they immediately went to work replacing it and even offered to ship it overnight at no cost as they knew it was a gift. They asked for photos of the damaged item, but apologized and the replacement arrived quickly and in perfect condition this time. Thank you.
