We love our personalised book! I made a book for my husband and son and it brought tears to everyone's eyes on Christmas. My husband was thrilled and thought it was an excellent gift! My son loves reading it and I hope he will grow with it through the years. Librio emailed me an appropriate amount of times as the book was created and shipped. We received the book in the delivery window anticipated. The packaging was super cute - a little added bonus - so I wrapped the gift including the box it came in! I am really pleased with my purchase.
