Honestly surprised. Surprised at how good the quality was, the decent shipping, and the customer service. The book came exactly as expected and shown in the preview. It was printed in a nice pastel-looking finish that gave off a sweet hand-crafted look. I emailed the customer service team for an update with my order and received a reply very promptly. Also, the cost seems perfect. $68 for all the design options, the custom message page inside the book, with shipping too. How good is that. Would definitely buy from here again and have recommended it to all.
