Hi … I don’t think you can do anything about my issue … but here goes … while I was creating/selecting the components for my book I was happy with the colours … however when the book was published and I received it the hair colour was darker than in the options when selected … (I tried it again and the hair colour was lighter … while selecting…like I liked ) … I totally understand… but I was hugely disappointed… and that’s ok because I was happish with the idea of the product as it is a beautiful memento for a very special occasion … however i didn’t feel comfortable recommend it to my friends and family … but if they ask I tell them the story because it is a good product …. and some have gone ahead and ordered. So… overall it is a beautiful good quality product… I loved the story line as it resonated with me and my child who is the new father … really beautiful and I looked at so many other products and this one was the best … really well done …
