This company is amazing! I had a problem with my order which was NOT the fault of Librio. However, Steffi who was helping me went out of her way to make things right. She was pleasant, respectful, professional and I felt like I was corresponding with a friend! Thanks to Steffi, my granddaughter received her book by Christmas day. Not only that, out of all the big toys under the tree, her book was her favorite gift!
