Ordered a hat on Nov. 28 when it shipped had a delivery date of Dec. 15, their shipper is Landmark and when checking the tracking it had no new update since Dec. 4 just said on it's way. On Dec. 20 still hadn't arrived so I contacted Lids Canada and a representative checked and then without any explanation of where it was jus said their policy was after 3 days of being late it is considered LOST and they were out of stock of the hat I ordered so couldn't re-ship so gave refund. I have being ordering online for years with hundreds of purchases with various companies and have had a few items arrive late or a couple damaged but never have I had one "LOST". This was the first time I had ordered from Lids Canada and it will be the last. Buyer beware.
