If negative stars were possible I'd give it, this place is a total rip off. Ordered 3 hats from them in one order, received and hat fits weird, decided to return, first you can't return a online order in store, Secondly they charge $10 return shipping, ok I still decided to return despite there $10 shipping. Contacted customer support for return, agent puts it in as 3 separate returns charging me 3 separate $10 shipping charge for 3 separate return lable even thought it was all ordered in one and shipped as one order, after that the agent went ghost on the chat and refused to reply as to why it's 3 separate returns oppose to one return for all 3 products.
