Terrible experience. One of the hats received was defective tried to return to the store and they said i needed to return via mail because i had purchased online. So i tried to get the return form however the site did not work ( yes i have adobe), so i sent via mail with tracking. They took 3 weeks yo issue a refund and then charged me another $14 for return shipping even though I paid for the return shipping separately.
Terrible. I will never purchase from them again.
