Absolutely terrible service. I have over 2 years of disappointments with Liferando where fast food from 1 - 1.5 km distance in non-peak hours takes minimum 90 minutes. I got used to slow delivery only to occasionally wait for several hours with the max. 4h (the same distance). Lately, I have not even received my order and I got no refund! Customer support is slow, unprofessional and does not resolve anything. AVOID AT ALL COST!
