Bought Men's Ultra Daily Pack Ultimate Daily All in One Pack Whole Food Based. I have been taking multivitamins for over 40 yrs, and I know if they work or not. These are the highest mens multivitamin they have, and they seemed to do very little, no energy, hair and nails didn't grow and was week, waisted my time and money, never again. Sorry but either they are effective or they aren't. This is my experience.
