I ordered shoes that ended up being too small and have yet beenable to return them. Called several times, they keep me on hold for almost 1 hour every time. Emailed them as well, haven’t heard back. Tried to go through the return online process, it says my order number is invalid. Never buying from them again. Stuck with shoes that I cannot wear.
