I ordered the Sheepskin Jacket from Lifestyle and Heritage Co. The quality of the product is top notch but that is not the reason i am sitting down to write a review. I had the misfortune of receiving the jacket from the delivery company a few minutes after my scheduled flight but James from LHCo, was constantly in contact with me and the delivery company to try and get it to me on time. Fast forward 8 months later when i finally went back and received my Jacket it was a little big for me, ( the company sent the right size but maybe i misjudged my correct size). I was not hopeful that i could get it changed but to my delight they were as helpful as ever and offerd to exchange it for me. It is the high level of commitment to their product and the warm friendly human response to their customers that makes them exceptional. I recommend this company and their products whole heartedly.
