The item I ordered was delayed, due to a lack of stock, but when I queried this they were extremely helpful, and immediately offered a £10 credit and to put the item on a next-day courier as soon as it arrived with them. Because of the delay, I had to give instructions to send it out to one of two different addresses, depending on the delivery day. These were followed , and the item arrived, as promised, on a next-day courier within a week. I think this was excellent customer service, and am happy to recommend Lifestyle and Heritage Company based on my experience.
