I ordered a Gant sweatshirt which was delivered in time for Christmas. The tracker information was a bit confusing as it stated that my order had been dispatched and was complete which I took to mean that it had been delivered when In fact it hadn't. I emailed to query where the package was but didn't get a response however the package turned up the following day so I wasn't too worried about receiving a response in the end.
